Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.DURAIKKAN S.PHILLIP, Advocate for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- The present petition is filed to order substituted service to respondents 1, 3 to 12, 14 and 15 in the above Second Appeal. 2.

Having regard to the facts narrated in the affidavit filed in support of this Court, this Court finds justification for substituted service to the above named respondents in the petition. 3.Accordingly, the present miscellaneous petition is ordered. 4.The petitioner is directed to publish the notice specifically indicating that the hearing will be on 26.04.2022. The publication should be effected in any one of the leading Dailies having circulation in the locality where the above named respondents reside. It is made clear that the publication should be made on or before 11.04.2022.
