ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to quash the order dated 05.01.2015 and direct the second respondent to conduct an enquiry in respect of the complaint submitted by the writ petitioner.

2.The petitioner filed a complaint to the first respondent on 13.11.2014 setting out certain allegations against the officials of the Medical Department. However, the first respondent instead of conducting an enquiry forwarded the complaint to the second respondent and thus the petitioner is constrained to move the present writ petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent made a submission that they have no objection for conducting enquiry by the second respondent.

4.The second respondent is the Director of Medical and Rural Health Services and competent to conduct an enquiry in respect of such allegation of women harassment. In view of the fact that the petitioner has given a complaint against some officials, the second respondent is directed to look into the complaint, conduct an enquiry and take appropriate decision by following the procedures as contemplated under law. With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
