ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.203 of 2022 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. On perusal of the FIR, it appears that due to previous enmity in between the petitioners and the defacto complainant, the petitioners waylaid the defacto complainant and attacked him using his hands, due to which, the defacto complainant sustained injuries.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that during the alleged occurrence, the person who sustained injuries has not been discharged from the hospital. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the victim is still in hospital and the petitioner herein is absconding, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
