ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.06.2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.144 of 2015 before the respondent. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
