APPLICATION NO.2068 OF 2018 M.GOVINDARAJ, J.

By order dated 09.03.2018, this Court had appointed Mr.Sindha Madhar, Manager at Chennai, of the applicant / company, as receiver to seize and take possession of vehicle, which is morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the vehicle was not traced and arbitration award was passed also passed in their favour and hence seeks liberty to work out their remedy.

3. Accordingly, this application is closed with liberty to the applicant to work out their remedy in the manner known to law before the Execution Court.
