CRIME NO.543 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition ie the petitioners is directed to appear before the respondent police on every wednesday until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble Court by order dated 09.12.2021 in CRL.OP.No.23675 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.M.AMUTHA GANESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.23675 of 2021 dated 09.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
