AND MOHAMMED SHAFFIQ, J.

(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioner/ appellant seeking to condone the delay of 1114 days in representing the above Writ Appeal.

2. It is averred in the affidavit filed in support of this petition that this appeal was filed on 03.02.2020 and the same was returned by the Registry for carrying out certain corrections; certain documents which were required to be translated so as to represent the appeal were received belatedly; thereafter, the appeal papers were represented with a delay of 1114 days and hence, the delay occasioned in the said process, is neither wilful nor wanton.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
