Learned Government Advocate submits that during the pendency of this application, and on getting extension of time, the respondent comply with the condition by depositing a sum of Rs.2 crores before the concerned Court by way of demand draft in D.D.Nos.053802, 053803 and 053805, dated 14.10.2025, 15.10.2025 and 15.10.2025 respectively.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed as become infructuous.
