This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking order of exemption to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, sulur in connection to the CC.No.449 of 2017 in pursuance of the judgment dated 16.12.2019 made in C.A.No.351 of 2018 by V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.

2. The petitioner admittedly has not surrendered so far. No grounds made out for exemption to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, Sulur.
