(CRIME NO.8/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time of 15 days to comply the condition order passed by this Hon`ble court on 02/02/2022 in CRL.OP.NO.2368/2022 in Crime No.8/2021 pending on the file of the respondent forest officer and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.JAGADEESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2368 of 2022 dated 02.02.2022 to comply with the conditions before the concerned Court.
