ORDER
Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, both side counsel present and represented that the matter is amicably settled between the parties before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre (TNMCC) attached to High Court, Madras. Mediation was also conducted and Settlement Agreement dated 19.01.2026 was sent along with the mediation report dated 20.01.2026, which was produced before this Court.
2. This Court perused the Settlement Agreement. The parties have amicably settled the matter between them. As per the settlement agreement, the matter has been settled between the parties. Therefore, recording the above said settlement agreement, this Original Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Application is closed. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree of the order.
