..Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of the 3rd respondent in connection with the orders passed by him in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.97/2017 dated 30.06.2017 and quash the same and direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Sanitary Supervisor from the date of promotion given to his Junior in the 3rd respondent town Panchayat with all service and monetary benefits.
