ORDER

The present application has been filed to grant an interim custody of the minor child namely Advaith aged 3 1⁄2 years to the applicant for weekly Saturday or Sunday at 10 AM to 5 PM during every week till the pendency of the GWOP.

2. Considering the fact that the applicant is the biological father of the minor child, he is entitled to have a visitation rights.

3. The respondent/mother is directed to bring the minor child to Phoenix Mall, Velacherry, on every Saturday at 02:00 p.m, to enable the applicant/father to visit and interact with the child. The applicant/father is permitted to visit the minor child between 02:00 p.m and 06:00 p.m at the same place, pending disposal of the original petition.

4. Since the pleadings have been completed, there is no useful purpose in keeping this application pending.

5. In fine, the application in A.No.2605 of 2024 in O.P.No.319 of 2024 stands closed. No costs.
