ORDER
This Criminal Petition has been filed praying to direct the first respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 24.06.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted and the same was pending before the respondent Police.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent Police is directed to conduct the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offience is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
