Petition herein is filed to quash the Cr.No.709 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that due to the matrimonial dispute, there was a physical altercation between the parties, case in Cr.No.709 of 2022 and counter case in Cr.No.706 of 2022 were registered. On completion of investigation, final report filed on 04.12.2023 in both the cases.

3. In view of the fact that the investigation is completed and final report filed, the petitioner shall seek remedy before the trial court under appropriate provision of law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 18.04.2024 Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No gv 2/4
