The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that on obtaining the encumbrance certificate from the Registration Department, the petitioner came to know that the order of attachment passed in I.A.No.12366 of 2012 in O.S.No.5261 of 2012 on the file of the XIV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, has been raised. In these
M.DURAISWAMY,J rg circumstances, the learned counsel sought the permission of this Court to withdrawn the Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
