ORDER

Vide judgment dated 29.01.2026 passed in Crl.A.No.21 of 2026, this Court had set aside the impugned order therein and released the petitioner/appellant on bail, subject to certain conditions. One among such conditions is that the petitioner/appellant shall stay at Karaikal and report before the Karaikal Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking relaxation of the aforesaid condition.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any default.

3. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Para No.7 (iv) by this Court vide judgment dated 29.01.2026.

4. Accordingly, the condition regarding the petitioner's appearance, as imposed by this Court in para No.7 (iv) of the order dated 29.01.2026 passed in Crl.A.No.21 of 2026 alone stands modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court at 10.30 a.m. from 15.04.2026 to 20.04.2026 and thereafter, on the dates scheduled by the Trial Court. All other conditions imposed in the order dated 29.01.2026 remain unaltered.
