ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint and file an FIR on the complaint dated 28.05.2015 in CSR.No.492/2015 within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of a complaint, it appears that this petitioner has a grievance against the College Management, wherein he had joined for a particular course and the College Management had cheated him. Apart from this allegation, the petitioner has also made allegations against some brand ambassadors, who are appearing in the advertisement given by the College Management. The petitioner has also called upon the Police to get him compensation.

4. This Court cannot pass a direction to the respondent Police to register an FIR on such a complaint lodged, for it is sheer abuse of law and Police power will be misused. Therefore, liberty is given to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint, narrating the incident relating to his grievance alone and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action taken in accordance with law.
