3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and M/s.P.M.Jayachandran, learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned.

C.M.P.No.13972 of 2024 is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal and list the matter for admission, if it is otherwise in order.
