This Writ Petition has been filed for a simple direction to the first respondent Chief Information Commissioner to hear and dispose the Second Appeal preferred by the petitioner.

2.Heard the submissions made on either side.

3.Considering the limited prayer, a direction is given to the first respondent to consider and dispose of the Second Appeal preferred by the petitioner in CIC/SBIND/A/2020/121852 dated 28.07.2020, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
