This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathyamangalam to recall the witness warrant issued against the petitioners on 23.06.2015 in C.C.No.128 of 2006 on their appearance before the trial court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that these petitioners are witnesses in C.C.No.128 of 2006. Since the petitioners did not appear for giving evidence, it is seen that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathyamangalam has issued witness warrant. Challenging this, they are before this Court.

4. The petitioners are directed to appear on 07.07.2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathyamangalam, the date on which, the case is posted and on that date, witness warrant will be recalled.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
