O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records issued for the schedule mentioned properties.

2. The relief, as such, sought for in the present writ petition is

misconceived and cannot be granted, in view of the fact that to grant an adjudication on merits is required.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 made a submission that the application submitted by the petitioner was rejected by the Original Authority and he preferred an appeal before the third respondent-Director of Survey Land Records, which is pending for adjudication.

4. That being the factum, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the appeal pending before the third respondent-Director of Survey and Land Records, for the purpose of redressal of his grievances in the manner known to law.
