O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to call the records of C.C.No.191/2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram, Namakkal District.

2. It is seen that when the matter was posted on 13.03.2019 "For Admission", the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners took an adjournment and the matter was adjourned to 21.03.2019. Again the petitioners took an adjournment and the same was adjourned to 30.04.2019. Thereafter, for the past three years the learned counsel has not taken any steps to list the matter. It shows that the petitioners have no interest to pursue the matter. Further it is pending for more than three years without even ordering notice. Now after the lapse of three years period, this petition cannot be considered and this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
