This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking direction to the third respondent to take the petitioner's complaint dated 13.10.2014 on the file of the respondents, to register a case, investigate the matter and to file a final report in accordance with law.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 13.10.2014, an F.I.R has been registered in Crime No.1190/2014 for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC.
