ORDER

This writ petition has been filed quash the impugned Order in Na.Ka.No.1766/2015/E2 dated 20.07.2015 passed by the first respondent confirming the Order in Na.Ka.No.2901/2014/E, dated 30.08.2014 passed by the second respondent cancelling the patta issued in favour of the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that subsequent to the cancellation of patta issued in favour 2/4

of the petitioner, possession has also been taken by the Panchayat and hence, nothing serves for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

4. In view of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs. 08.11.2022 vrc To,
