ORDER

Heard Mr.S.Thirumavalavan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.I. Arockiasamy, learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2.Pursuant to the earlier order dated 12.08.2016, the copy of the sketches have been given to the petitioner. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that a report has to be given.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that there is no report prepared by the surveyor.

5.In the light of the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed leaving it open to the petitioner to workout the other grievance independently.
