ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused to relax the conditions imposed by this Court while granting bail to the petitioner in Criminal Appeal No.6 of 2025 by order dated 22.01.2025 directing the petitioner to appear before the Special Judge, Special Court for the Exclusive trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chengalpattu on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders and shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. Though the offence is serious is nature, this Court granted bail to the petitioner on condition to appear before the Court as stated above and there is no change in circumstances.
4. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to relax the said condition.
