The petitioners have filed this petition to Set Aside the order passed on 26.07.2016 by the Hon'ble XIX Addl. Sessions Judge Chennai, in crl. appeal No. 245 of 2013 in M.P. No.7655 of 2012 on the file of XVII Metropolitan Magistrate court, Saidapet, Chennai and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 13.08.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and hence the matter was posted on 18.08.2021. When the matter was taken for hearing on 18.08.2021, once again there is no representation for the petitioners and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioners, the matter was again directed to be listed on 23.08.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
