The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 2nd respondent from constructing any building in the petitioner's patta land situated in S.Nos.228/A1, A1,A3B, Poorandampalayam Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the 2nd respondent is trying to put up construction in the petitioner's patta land illegally.

3. Ms. A.Madhumathi learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent shall not be permitted to put up construction in the petitioner's land situated in S.Nos.228/A1, A1,A3B, Poorandampalayam Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District, except under following due process of law.

4. Mrs. R.Hemalatha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader may be recorded and the Writ Petition may be closed.
