The matter is placed before this court on the letter received from the court below, seeking extension of time to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.684 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal.

2. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal, had sought an extension of one month after taking additional full charge of this Court on 19.07.2023. This court feels it appropriate to extend the time by one month and accordingly, it is extended by one month from today. 06.10.2023 Note to office:- The Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal, may be apprised of the extension of time forthwith.
