This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner and investigate the same.

3. It is seen that a petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.1047 of 2014. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to conduct enquiry in CSR No.1047 of 2014 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
