COMP.PETN.NO.476 OF 2015:
This Company Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to : (a) That Mother Mira Industries Ltd, Chennai, the Respondent Company above named, be wound up by and under the orders and directions of this Hon'ble Court under the provisions of the companies Act, 1956.
(b). That the Official Liquidator, High Court, Chennai be appointed liquidator of the Company Mother Mira Industries Ltd., Chennai with all powers under the provisions of the companies Act, 1956 to take charge of all assets of the Respondent Company upon liquidation. ( c). That the costs of this petition be provided for and be paid from and out of the assets of the Respondent Company upon liquidation. This Company Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to revive the above Company Petition in view of the default and consequent non-compliance of the order dated 04.07.2016 and to pass orders as prayed for in the Company Petition No.476 of 2015. This Company Petition along with Company Application coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of Mr.R.Ananth for M/s.King and Partridge, Advocate for the applicant herein and of Mr.V.Karunakaran, for the Respondent herein and upon reading the
order herein dated 04.07.2016, the Court made the following order:- Mr.R.Ananth representing M/s.King & Patridge for the petitioner in C.P.No.476 of 2015 would submit that the claim has been satisfied and hence, he is not pressing the Company Petition.
2.Recording the said statement, this company petition is dismissed as settled out of Court. Consequently, connected application is closed. No costs.
