When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has paid the deficit stamp duty and got the sale deed. Hence, the matter has became infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

2. Recording the submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
