) The prayer in the present Criminal Original Petition is for a direction to the sixth respondent to withdraw the Look Out Circular in ECIR/CEZO-I/63/2022 against the petitioner herein.

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the Enforcement Directorate has filed a Memo stating that there is no Look Out Circular pending against the petitioner herein.

3. As such, the petitioner may not have any apprehension of travelling outside the country.
