C O M M ON O R D E R C.R.P (NPD) No.180 of 2018 is directed against the order passed in Misc.Petition No.83 of 2017 in O.P.No.26 of 1996 dated 04.12.2017 on the file of the learned Special Deputy Collector, Revenue Court, Tiruchirapalli (Camp at Coimbatore), thereby allowing the petition to appoint an Advocate Commissioner as Court Guardian to contest the petition on behalf of the third respondent.

2. C.R.P (NPD) No.181 of 2018 is directed against the order passed in Misc.Petition No.92 of 2017 in O.P.No.26 of 1996 dated 04.12.2017 on the file of the learned Special Deputy Collector, Revenue Court, Tiruchirapalli (Camp at Coimbatore), thereby dismissing the petition to implead the petitioners as parties in the petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that when these Civil Revision Petitions are pending, the third respondent in the main petition died and automatically his legal heirs will be impleaded as parties. Therefore, nothing survives in these Civil Revision Petitions. 3/4
