The prayer in the present petition is to set aside the order passed in Cr.M.P. No. 3971 of 2009 in C.C. No. 701 of 2003 dated 04.07.2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioners, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
