ORDER

Alleging that the order dated 28.03.2017 passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.8326 of 2017 in W.P.No.7624 of 2017 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ has been filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that after the receipt of the order passed by this Court, further activity was stopped and status quo has been maintained. It is also to be seen that the application is yet to be closed and what was passed is only an exparte order.

3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
