Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the 1st Respondent in connection with the Award in I.D.No.74 of 2007 pronounced on 28.06.2012 and the same consequential order, dated 04.10.2011, quash the same.
