This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Paragraph 6(C) the petitioners shall stay at Periyakulam, report before the Periaykulam Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.5738 of 2022 on 01.04.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
