This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to substitute the petitioner herein being the Legal Heir R.Jasintha in the place of deceased S.Romeo Shankar in W.P.No.15724 of 2005.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. I have independently gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition, and I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out sufficient cause and accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title of writ petition.
