At the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this matter is posted today under the caption ''for being mentioned''.
2. It is stated that by order dated 09.04.2015, anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners 1 and 2 but in paragraphs 6 and 7 of the order, it was mentioned only as "second petitioner" instead of petitioners 1 and 2. Hence, paragraph 6 and 7 of the order dated 09.04.2015 are modified as follows:- "6. Considering the fact that already interim anticipatory bail was granted to the first petitioner and the second petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed on him for the past four months and the investigation has to be conducted only based on records, this Court is of the opinion that anticipatory bail could be granted to the first and second petitioners." "7. Accordingly, the first and second petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order, on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousands only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Special Judge for CBI cases, XI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
