2.Heard Mr.N.R.Gopalan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it is stated that the delay is due to the old age of the petitioner and lock down. Since, the delay is only in representing the appeal, and the delay has been properly and satisfactorily explained by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay of 385 days is condoned.
