It is stated that there has been an alteration in the FIR by also including Section 366 of IPC and Section 5(1), 6 and 7 r/w 8 of POCSO Act.

2.At this juncture, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect.

"May be permitted to withdraw."

3.In view of the above submission and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application with correct details.
