Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to furnish the 127 pages of missing documents which was not actually furnished along with Show Cause Notice dated 03.10.2018 made in Na.Ka.No.PaMe/AA1/4564/2017 and consequently forbearing the first respondent from conducting the proceeding further based on the third respondent's report Na.Ka.No.240/Ka/Thu.Ka/SC/ST Vigilance Cell/Salem Zone/2017 dated 24.09.2018 till the required pages furnished by the second respondent by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 28.01.2019. [Order was delivered by R.SUBBIAH,J] The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to furnish the 127 pages of missing documents which was not actually furnished along with Show Cause Notice dated 03.10.2018 made in Na.Ka.No.PaMe/AA1/4564/2017 and consequently forbearing the first respondent from conducting the proceeding further based on the third respondent's report Na.Ka.No.240/Ka/Thu.Ka/SC/ST Vigilance Cell/Salem Zone/2017 dated 24.09.2018 till the required pages are furnished by the second respondent by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 28.01.2019.

2.The main contention of the petitioner is that along with Show Cause Notice, when the documents were furnished, 127 pages were missing. After making representation dated 28.01.2019 to the second respondent, he has approached this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that four weeks time may be granted to the second respondent to furnish the missing documents. 4.Considering the above submissions, this Court directs the second respondent to furnish necessary missing pages of the documents, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
