O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioners in the Blanket of enquiry in Csr.No: Not known/2014 on the file of respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On a complaint given by one Ganesh Moorthy, petition enquiry is pending before the third respondent viz., the Inspector of Police, CCB, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. Hence, no blanket order of not to harass the petitioner can be passed. The petitioner is directed to cooperate for the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
