1. Respondent No.3, who is the father of the detenue/Ms.Kalaiarasi, despite a direction issued in that behalf on 27.11.2017, is not present in Court.
2. To be noted, Mr.Ambigapathi, had accepted notice on behalf of respondent No.3, on 27.11.2017.
3. We have interacted with the detenu/Ms.Kalaiarasi. She says that the petitioner is her husband and therefore, would like to remain in his company.
4. Given the circumstances, the relief prayed for in the petition stands satisfied. The detenu, herself, has expressed her a desire to remain the company of the petitioner. Thus, no further orders are required to be passed in the petition.
5. The petition is, accordingly, closed.
