2, In view of the said proceedings, though the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not been heard, the contempt petition stands closed. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner cannot be the subject matter of the contempt petition since it has been mentioned in the proceedings dated 10.08.2016 that as the petitioner was not residing in the said village, the service has been effected through affixure after getting statement from his sister.
