ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to issue direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated 18.06.2015 in CSR.No.439/2015 given by the petitioner and also to file a final report within a specified time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.439 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.439 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
