This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 313 days in filing the above appeal.

Mr.G.Thalaimuthurasu, learned counsel, who takes notice for the first respondent, submitted that he has no objection in condoning the delay.

Mrs.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 2 to 4, submitted that she has no objection in condoning the delay.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.
