Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the Hon'ble Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-IV, George Town, Chennai - 1 to keep the proceedings in C.C.No.826 of 2017 in abeyance till the period of Moratorium is completed under Section 14 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

This petition has been filed to direct the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-IV, George Town, Chennai - 1 to keep the proceedings in C.C.No.826 of 2017 in abeyance till the period of Moratorium is completed under Section 14 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the prayer sought for in the petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
